Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic Marcom Manager to spearhead and supercharge our hyper growth in social, community and beyond.

The right candidate will plan, implement, and optimize our social media programs, demonstrating experience creating content. Their role will also involve building, nurturing, and growing the developer community by creating engaging content and organizing developer events.

What will be your day-to-day?

  • Manage social calendar (LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, Youtube);

  • Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written content;

  • Track social media performance using Hubspot and prepare monthly reports and present insights to stakeholders;

  • Interact with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly;

  • Daily community and social networks management and response;

  • Manage community events, meetups, webinars organization and execution;

  • Keeping our Github and G2 profiles up to date.

Your profile
  • 1+ years as a social media manager / community manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS company;

  • Startup experience;

  • Fluent English speaker and writer;

  • Experience developing and maintaining content and communication calendars;

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (Hubspot in particular);

  • Success in developing and executing content plan, messaging, content creation and reporting/analysis;

  • Understanding of social media trends and best practices (YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, etc);

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal/external teams and partners;

  • Experience with project managing: monitor project process, set deadlines, solve issues, ensure key stakeholder approval, and evaluate project performance;

  • A proven self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a track record of delivering exceptional work product under time constraints;

  • High enthusiasm and motivation to work within a fast-paced, remote international environment;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you are a great team player with a hands-on mentality;

  • High attention to detail, ability to work independently and achieve goals in a remote environment.

    Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech industry is highly desired;

  • Experience in software development and coding;

  • International experience is a big plus.
