Our Operations team is seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to support our Sales, Marketing, and Account Management organizations.
As a RevOps Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring that our data is reliable, our systems run smoothly, and our teams can make better decisions faster.
While the initial focus of this role is on Revenue Operations, the goal is for this position to evolve into a broader Operations role, contributing to cross-functional and strategic projects alongside the wider Data & Ops team at Codacy.
What You’ll Work On:
Work closely with the RevOps Manager, Sales, and Marketing on day-to-day operational tasks
Help build, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to support revenue tracking and performance insights
Support Hubspot health and hygiene, including data cleanup, field consistency, and process improvements
Assist with pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Help maintain documentation of internal processes and workflows
Support initiatives to improve data quality and integrity across revenue tools
Contribute to cross-functional alignment by supporting operational and strategic projects as needed
Data & CRM Maintenance (HubSpot)
Maintain and improve data quality across HubSpot
Run regular data audits and resolve inconsistencies
Support the enforcement of HubSpot best practices
Reporting
Build and maintain recurring reports (pipeline, KPIs, activity metrics)
Prepare data for: Weekly forecast meetings; Monthly business reviews; Leadership reporting
Revenue Operations
Support pipeline management and forecasting preparation
Maintain and improve workflows and automations
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
Help build a centralised RevOps playbook
